Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy, founded in May 1991 by Suzanne Balistreri, M.S. P.T., is a private practice physical therapy outpatient provider with four clinics in southeastern Wisconsin: Kenosha, Racine, Lake Geneva, and New Berlin. The company was founded on the principal of providing customized, personalized, manual physical therapy services to the patients in the community as well as good working relationships with physicians and referrals sources. We are dedicated to obtaining results in assisting our patients in attaining pain relief, maximal functional mobility, health and wellness, knowledge of their condition and the "tools" needed in order to be causative over their condition thus preventing future recurrences.
We provide a broad spectrum of outpatient physical therapy treatment and additionally, offer aquatic therapy services in each of our locations with a fully handicapped accessible in-house warm water therapeutic pool in the Kenosha and Racine locations. |

Our Philosophy is simple, We believe:
- We are committed to provide high quality services, rather than high quantity volume.
- We are committed that each person is evaluated and then treated for their individual needs with one-on-one sessions from one half hour to one hour in duration.
- We are committed that each patient be responsible as an active participant in his/her program and will take full responsibility to understand their condition and perform their prescribed program.

- We are committed to educate each of our patients about their condition and to provide from the first visit educational instruction in their individualized home program.

- We are committed to ongoing patient education in order to provide our patients with the highest quality of care possible and facilitate injury prevention.
- We are committed to hold ourselves to a high ethical standard in the profession of physical therapy as well as in the day to day operation of our clinics.

- We are committed to provide our patients with immediate service so that no one patient is allowed to wait for physical therapy services while in pain.
