| Wendy Gauss, PTA, Kenosha Clinic Director |
| Wendy has been with Balistreri and Associates PhysicalTherapy since May of 1995. She graduated in 1998 from Gateway Technical College and began treating patients as a physical therapist assistant. For the past nine years she has held the position of Kenosha Clinic Manager and has also held the position of Executive Director for the past year. Wendy’s professional interests include orthopedics, women’s health and working with children. She resides in Kenosha with her husband and four children. |

| Gonnie Tromp, PT |
| Gonnie, who is our senior therapist at Balistreri & Associates, has been with the company since 1995. She received her physical therapy training in the Netherlands and has done extensive continuing education for orthopedic and soft tissue treatment techniques. She enjoys working with a variety of patients using a hands on treatment style. When she is not treating patients she enjoys quilting. |

| Jennifer Leipzig, PTA |
Jennifer joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in July of 2008. She graduated in May of 1998 from Gateway Technical College with an Associate’s Degree as a physical therapist assistant. Following graduation she worked as a PTA in a hospital setting providing services including outpatient care, aquatic physical therapy, and acute inpatient care. February 2009 she received a Lumbar Stablization Specialty Certificate with the Aquatic Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute. Her professional interests include, but are not limited to, aquatics, orthopedics, manual therapy, and post surgical rehabilitation. Jennifer is a Certified Pool Operator and the Aquatic Director at the Kenosha clinic. She resides in Kenosha with her husband and two children. She spends her free time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, running, biking, sprint triathlon challenges, and playing with her children.

| Ginesa S. Schleuse, MPT, CSCS |
| Ginesa joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in January of 2008. She graduated from Marquette University with her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and also attained additional certification as a licensed Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her professional interests include manual therapy, post-surgical diagnosis, and specialized treatment in the shoulder and knee. In her spare time, Ginesa enjoys participating in local road races, traveling, fitness challenges, and spending time with her husband and young daughter. |

| Nicola Deacon, PT |
Nicola joined our Kenosha staff in October of 2009. She graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2004 and has also attained additional certification as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in physical therapy. Her professional interests include manual therapy, outpatient orthopedics, women’s health, and pediatrics. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys scrapbooking, playing with her dog Marley, and spending time with her family.

| Eloise Frey, MA, PT |
Eloise Frey joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in December of 2009. She graduated from Marquette University in 1979 with a Bachelors degree in physical therapy. In 1985 she graduated from Columbia University with a Masters degree in exercise physiology. Eloise is also certified by the Dr. Vodder School in Manual Lymph Drainage. Her professional interests include women’s health, orthopedics, and lymphedema management. In her free time Eloise enjoys downhill skiing and backpacking with her family.
