Wendy Gauss, PTA, Kenosha Clinic Director |

| Wendy has been with Balistreri and Associates PhysicalTherapy since May of 1995. She graduated in 1998 from Gateway Technical College and began treating patients as a physical therapist assistant. For the past nine years she has held the position of Kenosha Clinic Manager and has also held the position of Executive Director for the past year. Wendy’s professional interests include orthopedics, women’s health and working with children. She resides in Kenosha with her husband and four children. |

Gonnie Tromp, PT |

|
| Gonnie, who is our senior therapist at Balistreri & Associates, has been with the company since 1995. She received her physical therapy training in the Netherlands and has done extensive continuing education for orthopedic and soft tissue treatment techniques. She enjoys working with a variety of patients using a hands on treatment style. When she is not treating patients she enjoys quilting. |

Jennifer Leipzig, PTA, Aquatic Director |

| Jennifer joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in July of 2008. She graduated in May of 1998 from Gateway Technical College with an Associate's Degree as a physical therapist assistant. Following graduation she worked as a PTA in a hospital setting providing services including outpatient care, aquatic physical therapy, and acute inpatient care. February 2009 she received a Lumbar Stablization Specialty Certificate with the Aquatic Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute. Her professional interests include, but are not limited to, aquatics, orthopedics, manual therapy, and post surgical rehabilitation. Jennifer is a Certified Pool Operator and the Aquatic Director at the Kenosha clinic. She spends her free time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, running, biking, sprint triathlon challenges, and playing with her children. |

Ginesa S. Schleuse, MPT, CSCS |

| Ginesa joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in January of 2008. She graduated from Marquette University with her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and also attained additional certification as a licensed Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her professional interests include manual therapy, post-surgical diagnosis, and specialized treatment in the shoulder and knee. In her spare time, Ginesa enjoys participating in local road races, traveling, fitness challenges, and spending time with her husband and young daughter. |

Karyn Smith, PTA |

| Karyn Smith, PTA joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in June of 2011. She graduated from Gateway Technical College in Kenosha with her Associate’s Degree as a physical therapist assistant in May of 2011. Karyn knew she wanted to be apart of the physical therapy
profession because of her passion for helping people progress and decrease their pain. She enjoys seeing patients leave their physical therapy session with their “frowns turned upside down.” At this stage in her PTA career, Karyn’s professional interests are focused on aquatics. She is always interested in increasing her education and is avid about learning new techniques to use in her treatment. Outside of work, Karyn enjoys spending time with her daughter, swimming, and loves adding new
animals to her family. |

Lauren Popp, DPT |

| Lauren Popp, DPT joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in July of 2011; however, she isn’t new to Balistreri. Lauren worked as an aide at our Lake Geneva clinic from 2007-2008 where she then went on to continue her education. She graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in North Chicago with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in June of 2011. Lauren has the drive and passion to improve someone’s quality of life and because of this she knew that physical therapy was her calling. Her professional interests include treating pediatric patients, young athletes, and the shoulder. During her free time, Lauren enjoys staying fit, reading, and spending time with her family and fiancé. |

Dan Steinke, PTA |

| Dan Steinke, PTA joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in September of 2010. He graduated from Gateway Technical College with an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008. Dan enjoys treating general orthopedic patients along with learning new techniques to better his skills as a Physical Therapist Assistant. When Dan isn't working, he can be found golfing or snowboarding. |
