Meet Our Staff - Lake Geneva
 
Christina Kmiec, MSPT
Christina joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in May of 2007. She graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology in 2001 and a Master’s degree in physical therapy in 2003. She has worked in rehab for the past two and a half years. Her professional interests include treating balance deficits. Outside of work Christina enjoys recreational volleyball, reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
 
Katie Kupietz, PTA
Katie joined Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy in January of 2006. She graduated from Western Wisconsin Technical College in May of 2002 with an Associates of Applied Science, Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Her professional interests are in strength training, orthopedics, and manual therapy. Katie enjoys being able to educate her patients to assist with lifelong wellness and health. Katie is originally from LaCrosse, Wisconsin and now resides in Burlington with her husband and two sons.
 
Kara Kenaga, PTA
Kara has been with Balistreri and Associates Physical Therapy since May of 2001. First as a student intern in our Kenosha clinic, then she was hired as an aide and when she graduated in 2002 from Gateway Technical College with an Associates Degree of Applied Science she started treating patients as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Kara's professional interests include aquatic therapy, orthopedics, and educating patients on independent exercise programs and management for lifelong wellness. She has taken continuing education courses in myofascial release, lumbo pelvic dysfunction, aquatic therapy, and BPPV. She resides in Paddock Lake and enjoys being outdoors, gardening, exercising and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Bailey.
